Start living a life that
actually feels like you.
You don't need fixing. You're at
a pivot point.

The most important decisions in our lives rarely come with a roadmap.

A career changes.
A relationship ends.
Children grow up.
A loss changes how we see the future.
Success arrives and somehow leaves us asking new questions.

These moments often arrive without language, structure, or support.

My role is to help you make sense of where you are, clarify where you want to go, and move forward with intention.
A LITTLE ABOUT ME

If your life looks great on paper but feels off in real life,
we should talk.
Before I led organizations, advised nonprofits, and worked with leaders across the country, I was a teacher.

At the heart of my work, I still am.

For more than twenty-five years, I have helped people learn, grow, navigate change, and move toward what matters most to them.

Today, I work with individuals who find themselves at an inflection point. Sometimes that looks like a career transition. Sometimes it's a loss, a relationship, retirement, parenthood, or simply the realization that the life that once fit no longer does.

My role is not to tell you what to do.

It is to ask thoughtful questions, offer perspective, and help you find your own way forward.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
Simple, clear, no pressure.

The first conversation is always on me.
From there, we go at the pace that's right for you.
1
Start with a conversation
A free 30-minute call. You tell me what's going on, I listen without judgment, and I'll tell you honestly whether I can help.
2
Decide what support makes sense
We pick the engagement that fits where you are right now — your timeline, your goals, your readiness. No upsell.
3
Explore what matters most
Session one is a real conversation. No intake forms, no preamble. We get straight to what actually matters.
Move forward with clarity
Not someday, not when conditions are perfect. You start building the life you've been circling from session one.

I came in thinking I needed a strategy. What I got was the realization that I'd been letting a fear from twenty years ago run my life.
Once I saw it, I couldn't unsee it — and I left our conversations with greater clarity and confidence than I'd had in years.
